The Facts & Statistics Are Alarming...

Nearly 800,000 children are reported missing each year resulting in an average of 2,185 children being reported missing each day

Every 40 seconds in the U.S., a child becomes missing or is abducted - 24 hours a day, 365 days a year

The F.B.I. estimates that 85-90% of all missing persons are children (juveniles) who were kidnapped

75% of children abductions were girls, and were done by luring children into a vehicle rather than by force

7 in 10 children will walk away with a stranger despite being warned, according to the National Center For Missing & Exploited Children

Nearly 17,000 children suffer injuries requiring hospital treatment each year while riding the school bus

160,000 kids stay home from school every day because they're afraid of bullying

Approximately 1 in 7 online youths (10 to 17-years-old) received a sexual solicitation or approach over the Internet

75% of children are willing to share personal information online about themselves and their family in exchange for goods and services

National Center For Missing And Exploited Children research showed that 75% of children who were approached sexually on the Internet did not tell their parents or an adult

Safety experts, organizations and agencies estimate that between 75 to 90 percent
of these tragedies could be avoided through better safety awareness and prevention -
15,000 to 18,000 kids in the U.S. die every year and millions more are seriously injured
due to a lack of time spent training on safety issues
